Andrew Pierce, Ashley Hudson and their Hamburg congregation knew they could never go back. Ashley was 17 and never had a boyfriend so Andrew and Ashley took things very slow. They were instantly in love. On New Day, right prior to the beginning of 2016, Andrew asked God to bless him with one final thing this year... that Ashley would say yes and get married to Andrew. Ashley wanted to have a rustic folk wedding theme which reflected her as well as Andrew. The wedding consisted of all their loves. Ashley's family owned 40 acres within their backyard. Ashley explored the area and enjoyed herself on it all, from the route they took to the field where they exchanged vows. On top of that Andrew and Ashley were walking around in the same area several times before they first began dating. Personalization was key since the couple did almost all of it by themselves. Andrew's dad and Ashley as well as Ashley made both the ceremony arch and the the seating arch. Ashley made and painted several of the wedding decors. Ashley claims that we might not have had the magical wedding that I imagined we hadn't had Anna's flower design. Absolutely amazing.
